If the customer has cancelled the order after payment,the refund will initiated to the member account,after knowing the proper reason for cancellation.If customer place return of the product the refund is initiate after recieving the product from customer and verifying the usage and damage of product.

The refund will be processed within 5-7 working days after initiating the refund
